Poor customer care services. I am using M6 and my charger got faulty just after 13 months and bike was only used 4500km. Means total 90 charging cycles and charger gets faulty. Their is no spare parts available in local market and that why charger is expensive. Secondly new charger have only check warranty. So it seems expensive business.the company even did not extend their warranty nor provide any discount in next purchase.
